High Fells is an atmospheric death metal band originating from Denton, Texas. A force driven by obsession -- to highlight the absurdity of existence and bring to light universal disharmonies and discontent

A 2 song demo titled "Apparition of Fear" was released in June of 2021 prior to any live performances.
The following year was spent writing and headbanging wherever we could, sharing the stage with dozens of well known national and international acts in between ripping through our local scene.

The debut album "Catharsis" was released on November 26th of 2022 via TheCirclePit to all major streaming platforms, and in limited CD and cassette format. The music video for "Where They Call My Name" was debuted on NoCleanSinging on October 29th, 2022.
